All digital products, such as templates, guides, and resources, are final sale. Once downloaded, these items cannot be returned or refunded.
 

Bookings and Services:
We begin working on your project immediately upon booking to deliver a personalised experience. Therefore, all bookings, including coaching sessions and consultations, are non refundable.
